Nachdem wir uns Hollywood angeschaut hatten, haben wir uns weiter gen Sueden aufgemacht und noch zwei Tage an den Straenden um L.A. relaxt. Danach ging es dann ueber die Route 66 zum Grand Canyon. Die Route 66 war wirklich genial, man konnte die Weite der Landschaft geniessen und der Himmel war strahlend blau und ganz weit weg. Am Grand Canyon angekommen, hat es dann auch gleich geregnet und auch am naechsten Tag noch nicht aufgehoert. Es war super kalt, nachts 3 Grad, und nicht gerade angenehm im Auto zu campen. Aber die Natur war so beeindruckend. Der Grand Canyon ist einfach riesig, was wir bei unserem Helicopter Flug ueber das Naturwunder super sehen konnten.
Gestern sind wir dann in Las Vegas angekommen und haben uns etwas ins Nightlife gestuerzt und die Casinos und Hotels angeschaut. Gerade relaxen wir am Pool (hostels fuer 18 euro koennen auch Pools haben) und werden heut abend die Stadt unsicher machen.

After visiting Hoolywood, we spent 2 more nights at the beach before heading to the Grand Canyon. We took the "Route 66", which was amazing!!!The landscape was really nice and the horizon was soooo wide. When we arrived at the Grand Canyon it started raining and didnt stop the whole next day. It was freezing and not really comfortable sleeping in the car, but the nature was really impressing. We flew over the Grand Canyon with a helicopter and did a bit of hiking, which I really enjoyed. Yesterday we arrived at Las Vegas and already spent some time strolling around and sseing all these crazy hotels. Tomorrow we will be on our way to "Death Valley", where we will spent one more night before going to the Kings Canyon National Park.
